Anyone who know us will tell you that we are an estate agent that works hard for our customers and most importantly, that we love spreading the word about how great Overton is. In fact serving this amazing community is one of the things that spurs me on personally and for the team too. With our brand new website, we have the chance to tell you all about what we are doing and also to show off the fabulous homes that Overton has to offer on a site that is impressive and beautiful too.
PJH was established in 1947 and we have had an office in Overton since the 1970’s. We are a family run business and it was important that our website reflects this heritage, as well as offering a fresh and exciting new look. But mostly we wanted to be able to showcase all that Overton and the surrounding areas have to offer.
We have a unique approach to our service and so we knew that our website needed to reflect that. Friendly, down to earth, local, bespoke and innovative. Our website is far from a clone of others you might already use. It highlights what makes us special – our local knowledge, our dedicated staff, our comprehensive services and of course our wide and diverse property options.
The use of clear and sharp imagery allows us to present the village to great effect and no matter where our customers are they can use any of their devices to see the area that they want to live in. The property photos are complemented by some stunning shots of Overton, so that the pride we feel in our area is clearly displayed for all to see. The result of all this hard work has been a website we are incredibly proud of and one that is easy to use for our customers and will encourage people to view our properties – that’s the real point, after all!
But we also know that a website is not a static thing. In the same way that Overton and its community evolves, our website will too. We will offer regular insights into community events, the property market and our business news. The website will also feature an ever changing array of photos to show off the beautiful Overton village – allowing us to create a destination for our customers, for locals and for anyone who sees Overton as their future home.
